New Terrain Creative is a video production and paid media studio based in Los Angeles and Tampa. These terms cover this website and the text messages we send to people who ask for them. Client work is governed by the agreement we sign with that client, not by this page.

The pages here describe our work and let you apply to work with us or book a call. Everything on them is provided as is. We keep them accurate and current, but nothing on this site is a quote, a guarantee of a result, or a contract. A project only becomes real once there is a signed agreement between us.
The writing, video, photography and design on this site belong to us or to the clients who commissioned them. Please do not reproduce them without asking. Asking is usually all it takes.
If you tick the optional texting box when you book a call with us at newterraincreative.com/strategy-call, or on one of our application forms, New Terrain Creative will text the number you gave us about your booking and your call: confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and a short follow-up if you start booking and don't finish. We will not text you about anything else, and ticking the box is never a condition of applying or working with us.
Message frequency varies and will be low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and we will send one message confirming you have been removed. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at business@newterraincreative.com or (818) 266-8213.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.
Do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to submit anything unlawful. We will withdraw access if that happens.
We do not promise that this website or our texts will be available without interruption. Both depend on services we do not control, including hosting providers and mobile carriers. When something breaks, we will fix it as fast as we can, but we cannot be responsible for the downtime.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by agreement.
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising out of this website or our texts is limited to the amount you have paid us, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential loss. Client engagements carry their own terms, and those govern that work instead.
If these terms change we will update this page and change the date at the top. We are a small studio, so that will be a real edit rather than a version number.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
